Neill McPherson had quite a day scooping all nine Man of the Match awards and capping his solid performance by scoring the second goal. Club Legend Dennis Gray echoed the sentiments of all when telling Neilly he had already decided to nominate him prior to his goal which was the icing on the cake of a sterling performance from the club captain.

BRC/TALBOT ON THE LOOKOUT FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR NEW TOILET PROJECT
Talbot and the BRC are holding a public meeting to gauge the feelings of Talbot orientated tradesmen who would like to offer their services to help the next Beechwood project. It’s hoped that over the close season that the current toilets at the ground are removed and replaced with more substantial modern buildings as the club strives to enhance the features in the ground.
Already they have refurbished the Bank End facilities by providing a ladies toilet as well as upgrading the men’s utilities this season.
If you feel you could offer your services to the current project, even if it’s just your labour then please join us at our open meeting at the Talbot Social Club, Saturday 1st of March at 11am. Hope to see you there.
