TALBOT HEAD TO THE WINTON FOR FESTIVE FRIENDLY
Talbot has arranged to take on first division Ardrossan Winton Rovers in a friendly match at Winton Park with a 1pm kick off. The Rovers are currently managed by Talbot legend Gavin Friels and are currently mid table at the moment. Winton Park has went through some major reconstruction lately and now sports a brand new astro surface. Admission to the match is £5 across the board.
If you’re at a loose end during the holidays then pop down the coast and give the team a bit of support.

Last Man Standing – Still Time To Enter
The sixth series of our popular Last Man Standing Fundraising Competition will start with the next set of English Premier League due on Saturday 21st December; the first match kicks off at 12.30pm.
To progress in the competition, entrants must select a winning team from each series of matches, then select a previously unchosen team each week they progress.
To win the event, an entrant must be the only remaining player, where this fails to occur, the prize money rolls over into the next competition.
This is a fun event; however, it also can turn what would otherwise be meaningless matches into engrossing encounters especially when each competition reaches the latter stages.
Our previous competition winner was Michael Dunsmore who received a very timely Christmas bonus.
The cost of entry is a one-off payment of £10 and half of this money is donated to the club.
