MATCH ACCREDITATION

All journalists and photographers/videographers require valid club media accreditation for fixtures at Beechwood Park, applied for on a match-by-match basis regardless of fixture.

APPLICATION PROCESS

To achieve club media accreditation, news desks must use the contact form on auchinlecktalbot.com (or on behalf of the editor, or an equivalent senior position) no later than 48 hours before the fixture itself. The email should detail who will be attending, their title and the publication in which any report is intended to appear. The club may request proof of credentials, This will also include freelancers or newly established media organisations/outlets. The club are keen to promote all elements of coverage so this should not be viewed as a barrier.

If your application for club accreditation is approved you will typically receive a confirmation email and your details will be added to the press list for the specified game. To pick up your match pass, present the confirmation email, together with proof of your identity, at the main entrance to the ground. For some fixtures, Light refreshments will be provided to club accredited persons, details will be included within the confirmation email if refreshments will be provided at the chosen fixture.

Press and media parking spaces are on street surrounding Beechwood Park, however arrangements can be made in respect of accessibility considerations if required.

REFUSED APPLICATIONS

The club reserves the right to refuse requests for club accreditation which arrive after the deadline or do not fulfill the relevant criteria. If your club accreditation application is refused, you are more than welcome to visit Beechwood Park as a spectator and should not deter future applications. As above, accreditation is issued on a match by match basis with consideration to differing matches held at Beechwood Park.
