Four legends pictured before the match. It was great to have Talbot supporter Daw Clelland in the lounge for yesterday’s match and he is pictured alongside George Morton. Geordie is a Cumnock Juniors stalwart and ex-president of the Scottish Junior Football Association, and he is highly respected by all in Talbot land. Joining in the picture were Clubs hosts Derrick McDicken & Ross Findlay.
Talbot Thanks
Auchinleck Talbot wish to thank everyone who sponsored yesterday’s League Match against Cumnock. The John & Margo Kiltie Sponsor’s Lounge was packed to capacity yet again. It’s rare to have someone winning all the awards and even rarer when they’re not on the scoresheet, but that’s exactly what happened to Scott Schoneville yesterday as his solid performance saw him doing a clean sweep of all six awards.
If you would like to sponsor future matches either as a business, a family celebration or just a great day out with friends, contact Colin Chisholm 07929 831057 for details of packages available. Places are still available for our West of Scotland Cup Quarter-Final against Craigmark Burntonians on Saturday 16th March.
Thanks to Lee Conn and Hugh Muir for photographs.
