The National Lottery (TNL) has stepped in to support non-league and domestic football clubs across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, many of which were under threat as a result of Covid-19, with £13million of emergency funding.
To highlight this and to celebrate the unique and amazing role played by these clubs in their local communities, The National Lottery, with the support of the Football Associations in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have launched a campaign – The National Lottery Football Weekends, which will take place on three weekends across March and April.
To thank National Lottery players, they will be able to get free tickets on a ‘buy one, get one free’ basis, for selected matches taking place across the Home Nations.
This week’s Talbot match against Bonnyton is part of this initiative and Adults who are accompanied by another person and can produce a recent lottery ticket will be admitted free of charge to this week’s match.
